What You’ll Do:
- Oversee ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and mentor teams, maintaining a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success.
What I'm Looking For:
- Experience: 5-20+ years as a Lead Superintendent managing ground-up construction projects.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects efficiently and effectively.
- Expertise: Familiarity with projects in K-12, Commercial, Healthcare, Senior/Assisted Living, Hotels, and Municipalities.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
